What we collect
If you fill in a contact form, we receive the fields you complete (typically name, email, country, message, and the topic of your enquiry). If you ask to be notified about the Tokiwa BeautyCare launch, we receive your email address. We do not run analytics or tracking pixels on this site.
How we use it
Information you submit through a form is used only to reply to you and, where you have asked us to, to send a single notification about a product launch. We do not sell your information, we do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not write to you outside the specific reason you contacted us.
Who sees it
Information you submit reaches the Tokiwa team that handles enquiries. We may use a third-party form-delivery service to transport your submission to us. We do not share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or any party unrelated to answering your message.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages are kept for as long as is reasonable to handle the conversation and any follow-up, and then deleted. Launch-notification email addresses are kept until the notification has been sent, then deleted unless you tell us otherwise.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us through the contact form with the subject line PRIVACY and we will respond.
